三、相關(guān) kernel/sched.c--------profile_hit(SCHED_PROFILING, __builtin_return_address(0)); 下面是對(duì)profile的解釋:Linux -- profile內(nèi)核版本2.6.18-RC7profile只是內(nèi)核的一個(gè)調(diào)試性能的工具,這個(gè)可以通過(guò)menuconfig中的Instrumentation Support->profile打開(kāi)。1. 如何使用profile:首先確認(rèn)內(nèi)核支持profile,然后在內(nèi)核啟動(dòng)時(shí)加入以下參數(shù):profile=1或者其它參數(shù), 新的內(nèi)核支持profile=schedule 12. 內(nèi)核啟動(dòng)后會(huì)創(chuàng)建/proc/profile文件,這個(gè)文件可以通過(guò)readprofile讀取,如readprofile -m /proc/kallsyms | sort -nr > ~/cur_profile.log,或者readprofile -r -m /proc/kallsyms |sort -nr,或者readprofile -r && sleep 1 && readprofile -m /proc/kallsyms |sort -nr >~/cur_profile.log3. 讀取/proc/profile可獲得哪些內(nèi)容?根據(jù)啟動(dòng)配置profile=?的不同,獲取的內(nèi)容不同:如果配置成profile=? 可以獲得每個(gè)函數(shù)執(zhí)行次數(shù),用來(lái)調(diào)試函數(shù)性能很有用如果設(shè)置成profile=schedule ?可以獲得每個(gè)函數(shù)調(diào)用schedule的次數(shù),用來(lái)調(diào)試schedule很有用

四、總結(jié)一下:opcontrol –init 加載模塊, mout /dev/oprofile 創(chuàng)建必需的文件和目錄opcontrol --no-vmlinux 或者 opcontrol --vmlinux=/boot/vmlinux-`uname -r` 決定是否對(duì) kernel 進(jìn)行 profilingopcontrol --list-events //命令可以查看此結(jié)構(gòu)中支持的事件opcontrol --event=CPU_CLK_UNHALTED:5000 --event=DATA_CACHE_MISSES:1000 --event=INSTRUCTION_CACHE_MISSES:1000 --event=MEMORY_REQUESTS:1000opcontrol --reset 清楚當(dāng)前會(huì)話中的數(shù)據(jù)opcontrol --start 開(kāi)始 profiling./wls 運(yùn)行應(yīng)用程序, oprofile 會(huì)對(duì)它進(jìn)行 profiling通過(guò)opcontrol --event=L2_CACHE_MISS:500 --event=L1_DTLB_MISS_AND_L2_DTLB_HIT:500opcontrol --dump 把收集到的數(shù)據(jù)寫(xiě)入文件 --event=.........命令來(lái)進(jìn)行事件的設(shè)置;opcontrol --stop 停止 profiling 此命令--event參數(shù)必須依次給出,無(wú)論有多少個(gè),不可分行,切記opcotrol -h 關(guān)閉守護(hù)進(jìn)程 oprofiledopcontrol --shutdown 停止 oprofiledopcontrol --deinit 卸載模塊常用的是 3→7 這幾個(gè)過(guò)程,得到性能數(shù)據(jù)之后,可以使用 opreport, opstack, opgprof, opannotate幾個(gè)工具進(jìn)行分析,我常用的是opreport, opannotate 進(jìn)行分析。
